(ANSA) – WASHINGTON, JUN 2 – US Vice President Kamala Harris makes her debut on the international stage, with her first trip to Guatemala and Mexico, from 6 to 8 June. The focus will be on reducing migration flows to Central America, which is one of the first assignments received by Joe Biden. Harris’s portfolio is progressively expanding: the leadership of the pro-trade union task force, the campaign against hesitation towards vaccines, the promotion of women in the world of work, the spread of broadband in the country and, yesterday, against it. attempts to limit the vote of minorities. So far, however, the vice president has remained somewhat in the shadows compared to Biden, without ever piercing the screen or uttering memorable sentences.
