a F-35B Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter britannico, took off from the aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth, sank in the Mediterranean on Wednesday 17 November. In these hours, a video (authentic according to the British media) of the incredible incident has started to circulate on Twitter.

The stealth fighter from 100 million pounds of the Royal Navy fell from the launch pad of the UK’s flagship aircraft carrier and, as the British press reports, the pilot saved himself using the ejection system from the aircraft shortly before the crash into the sea.

The cause of the accident is not yet clear; in the meantime, an investigation by the British military authorities has been opened.
