Minister Bianchi also spoke of contract renewal during his speech in the Chamber on 7 September, taking as a starting point the theme of continuing staff training.

There is the act of addressing the new contract, which has already expired and therefore we have to think about the contract for our staff“Says Bianchi.

The contract – need – we do not manage it but the Aran but we in the act of address we will signal the need to give more value to our staff. It is a question of social respect that has clouded over the last few years “.

In this regard, we remind you that just tomorrow, September 8, the trade unions and Minister Bianchi will meet for the address to be sent to ARAN. At the moment, the starting point is the Pact for the innovation of public work and social cohesion, signed on 10 March 2021. The first counts of government technicians and trade unions predict an increase of 4.07% of the salary of approx 107 euros per month on average. To which, however, we must subtract the 575 millioni used to pay thecontractual holiday allowance, l’equalization element (about 40% of staff is involved, especially from the school), and ancillary treatment of military and police personnel and firefighters.

In total, as far as education is concerned they should be provided 1.7-1.8 billion, which would guarantee – net of any additional resources – approx 87 euros of average monthly increase, including the equalization element of 11.50 euros on average envisaged by the previous Ccnl 2016-2018. A figure that therefore would not have the favor of school workers, certainly.
