BRUSSELS – The disciplinary regime of judges in Poland does not comply with EU law. This is established by the European Court of Justice in its judgment today. Yesterday, the Luxembourg robots had accepted the European Commission’s request for interim measures, again on the same dossier, to provisionally suspend the measures of the disciplinary section of the Supreme Court. With its judgment today, the Court upheld all the objections raised by the Community Executive.
