Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake will not be present atUbisoft Forward, the company’s conference at E3 2021, as reported by the publisher himself through a direct message to the gamer community waiting for news.
“Hello Prince of Persia fans!” The message in question reads, “As you may have already read, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake will not be present at Ubisoft Forward. We are making great progress on our game in order to release it next year, but we are not yet ready to release more information about it, we will do it as soon as possible.
“Until then, we want to express our gratitude for your continued support and patience throughout this journey. We look forward to sharing more news with you!”
The message comes directly from the development team who is working on the creation of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake, or Ubisoft Pune and Ubisoft Mumbai. As it had already emerged recently, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake has been moved to 2022 as a release period, so it probably has yet to go through a rather long development phase.
The first presentation of the game, which is a remake of the first chapter of the modern series on Prince of Persia, had raised some perplexities in technical terms, but Ubisoft had reported that it was all due to the graphic style adopted. It is evident that some difficulty in terms of development it must have emerged, considering the accumulated delays and the impossibility of seeing it again on this occasion, pending further information.
