ho. Mobile has decided to launch the new promotional initiative ho. Sticker with the aim of retaining its customers through a series of digital activities present within the official app ho. in the section “ho. Sticker“.

Each digital activity of ho. Sticker allows you to reach points. Upon reaching 30 points the customer ho. Mobile will receive a free phone top-up of 5 euros.

The initiative will be valid until August 31, 2021, except for extensions. The stickers are of two types: stickers relating to the services or commercial initiatives or promotions offered by ho. Mobile. The stickers can be in shades of gray or colored.

The Application Stickers become colored when the related action is completed; in this case, the “Redeem” button is activated which, if pressed, allows the Customer to automatically view an explanatory screen and the points that can be obtained (from 1 to 3) by completing all the answers to a mini questionnaire (survey) accessible by pressing the appropriate button. To answer the mini questionnaire, simply select the preferred answer for each question.

The Editorial Stickers do not provide for any preventive action; by pressing the “Redeem me“(In this case already active), the Customer has. first accesses a mini quiz in which he must correctly answer a question concerning ho. Mobile or an event connected to it (in order to allow each customer ho. To provide the correct answer, there is a number of attempts equal to the quantity of answers to choose from; therefore, in the event of a wrong answer, you can continue by choosing another and so on).

Once the mini quiz is completed, the customer ho. Mobile automatically displays an explanatory screen and the points that can be obtained (from 1 to 3) by completing all the answers to a mini questionnaire accessible by pressing the appropriate button. To answer the mini questionnaire, simply select the preferred answer for each question.

Every client I have. can redeem a sticker only once and, if redeemed, in addition to being credited with the points respectively provided, the Sticker remains colored and the “Redeem me”Is deactivated (“ Sticker Completed ”).

Also in the Sticker Section, in addition to viewing all the Completed Stickers, the customer has. can check his total score. Where own SIM I have. should it be suspended and therefore not in an active state, the stickers redeemed and the accumulated score will remain valid. However, during the suspension period, no further stickers will be redeemable.

Upon reaching the 30 points and within the following 24 hours, the customer has. a phone top-up will be credited ho. Mobile of 5 euros. With a top-up of 5 euros paid, the customer has. Mobile will see your phone credit updated and the 30 points will be automatically reset after the top-up is dispensed.

The free top-up is not transferable and cannot be refunded in case of withdrawal from the contract. The free top-up does not extend the life of the SIM I have. (i.e., within one year from the last paid top-up and in the absence of further top-ups).

Any points exceeding 30 points valid for the provision of the free 5 euro top-up will be temporarily kept valid, so that they can be used in the event that the initiative is extended or in any case integrated, giving the possibility to start a new accumulation of the points and providing, in this case, new Stickers (application and editorial).
