The last total solar eclipse of 2021 will take place tomorrow in Antarctica but will be visible to a very few lucky ones when the sun rises and will reach its maximum extension around 07:33 GMT, 6.33 Italian time. To admire the spectacular astronomical phenomenon you will need to be in the right place at the right time and precisely in the Weddell Sea, around the geographic South Pole.

To enjoy the eclipse, albeit only partially, will also be the inhabitants of Eastern Tierra del Fuego, of the Falkland Islands, of some areas of the New Zeland, of Australia and Namibia. If weather conditions allow, NASA will broadcast live a view of the total solar eclipse from the Union Glacier in Antarctica, both on Youtube and on its website.
