Kingston has announced and made available, for now through the official channels, the new SSD PCie 4.0 NVMe M.2 series Kingston KC3000, made up of four denominations ranging from 512 GB up to 4096 GB and designed to guarantee high-end performance from 7000 MB / s of transfer speed in both sequential reading and sequential writing.

Only the 2TB and 4TB drives get 7000MB / s in sequential write, while the 512GB drive stops at 3900MB / s and the 1TB drive goes up to 6000MB / s, but all go up to 7000MB / s in sequential reading thanks to the combination of a controller Phison PS5018-E18 Latest generation 4×4 NVMe and 176-layer 3D TLC NAND memory. It also includes a 4TB cut that’s missing from other manufacturers’ similar product lineups

The Kingston KC3000 equipment, for now arriving through companies that deal with pre-assembled solutions but presumably soon available also in retail stores, includes speed of writing and random reading up to 1,000,000 IOPS, an integrated aluminum / graphene heatsink, 5-year limited warranty with free technical support, 400TB to 3200TB rewrite depending on cut, and SLC cache to ensure sustained performance.
