Another week, others Japanese rankings dominate da Nintendo Switch and its games, in particular Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, which debuts in first position with 137,676 copies sold, and eBaseball Pro Baseball Spirits 2021: Grand Slam by Konami, which debuts in second position with 106,597 copies sold. For the rest, the top 10 sees all Nintendo Switch titles already on the market for some time.

The success of the console software is also reflected in the hardware rankings, where Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite occupy the first two positions, followed with some detachment by PS5. Consider that the sales of the two versions of the Sony console do not reach those of the Nintendo Switch Lite. Xbox Series X and S are naturally very detached, but they continue to carve out their niche in the Japanese market, where Microsoft’s consoles have never really achieved much success.
