The Lumia Updates Twitter account has in fact found the page dedicated to F1 2021 on the web version of the Microsoft Store (now removed) accompanied by a series of important unpublished information about the game. From the list of features it is clear that the new version of the racing simulator will be released on old-gen and next-gen consoles presumably next July 16th. From what we learn, F1 2021 will be more than a simple graphic update: the game will offer a story mode called “Break Point“, a new” Career “mode for two players and the” Real-Season Start “mode. In addition to the Formula 1 racing cars, the game will also offer Formula 2 cars that will be an” introduction “to newbies. Codemaster then seems to have given greater emphasis on competitive eSports events with a fully dedicated “play area”.
The new iteration of Codemasters racing should therefore make its debut during the summer, bringing a breath of fresh air to the series. All that remains is to wait for any confirmations or denials from the developers.
