Yet another social gaffe of Mauro Icardi has been around the web in these hours. The former Inter captain, today at PSG, has posted a photo on his Instagram profile that portrays him next to his dog and his wife Wanda, his agent. A normal family photo, but the Argentine, so to speak, stumbled upon a linguistic gaffe, which unleashed his followers (and others), making the shot go viral. Mi Perro y mi Perra, wrote Icardi. An expression of affection towards his wife who, however, sparked criticism and jokes from many. In addition, unfortunately, as often happens, the comments of bad taste and offensive.
Certainly not taken Wanda. How funny you are, in fact commented his wife who boasts 7.5 million followers against her husband’s 7. But who knows if – after all the storm that followed – Icardi, who this season with PSG made 19 appearances scoring seven goals (five in the league), he will think twice before sharing such a compliment to his wife with the social world again.
After all, Maurito is not new to social gaffe. A month ago he scared everyone by posting a story on Instagram that showed him on a bed with an oxygen mask. In a delicate moment like this, with a pandemic that is rocking the world and killing millions, it was just a bad fall of style. In reality, Icardi – who does not suffer from any respiratory problems – was undergoing a normal post-workout session of cardio-respiratory total recovery therapy.
