MotoGP, Novello, Rossi’s girlfriend, denounces: “The MotoGP paddock is male chauvinist”

It is a permanent presence at his side. We are talking about Francesca Sofia Novella, who has been engaged for several years to Valentino Rossi. We see her with him at the Ranch, but also on the track, as happened in the recent appointment in Losail, where she followed him to the wall.

Just in these days, Francesca gave an interview to Vanity Fair, where she talked about 360 °. Among the topics, obviously the boyfriend could not miss: “At first, our relationship was a tiring back and forth – revealed – sometimes I wanted to send him to that country. My mom made me understand that she has enormous responsibilities and commitments, and that I should have been patient. We worked on strategy ”.

Later the focus then shifts to the role of umbrella, played for years by Francesca, and the paddock life, so much so that Novello does not use too many words: “In MotoGP it’s not easy to work with people who touch your ass – he has declared – the paddock is a male chauvinist environment: you have to be a goose, but if you really are, it’s over. In fact, we must be respected, without passing for beautiful and stupid. You have to wake up, you can’t be a smiling goose ”.

It is not the first time that we have heard voices related to the paddock as a male-dominated environment. A few months ago, the pilot Sharni Pinfold had pointed the finger on the environment, and because of the mistreatment she suffered, she decided to hang up her helmet.
