In the setting of Villa Terzaghi in Robecco sul Naviglio, the month of July will be characterized by four weekends dedicated to the encounter between the food and wine traditions of Lombardy and Emilia Romagna.

Four weekends to learn cooking techniques of great chefs, traditional recipes from expert hands, get to know the protagonists of agriculture and sustainable catering in Romagna, learn more about wine pairing guided by sommeliers and have fun with music from the alive of the Balera dell’Ortica without forgetting the signature cuisine signed by the Maestro Martino Association chaired by the chef Carlo Cracco.

The rich calendar of initiatives includes:

– weekend 3 and 4 July: the Romagna piadina workshops; a moment of reflection on the topic of food waste; a section dedicated to cheeses and their processing that will allow the encounter between gorgonzola and sheep cheeses that will then characterize the gastronomic offer of the first two days on Romagna.
The program is completed by showcooking and masterclasses dedicated to wine signed directly by the Prosecco DOC Protection Consortium.
At the end of the evening the performance of the Band of Daniela Cavanna della Balera dell’Ortica in Milan will offer live music ranging from Raul Casadei’s smooth to 80s disco.

– weekend 10 and 11 July: the protagonist will be the Adriatic Sea. From the round table on the theme of sustainable fishing to art made with wood that returns the sea thanks to the artist’s workshop Fiorenzo Montalti. The showcooking and masterclasses dedicated to wine will follow;

– weekend 17 and 18 July: the focus shifts towards the hilly hinterland of Emilia through tastings, from wine to honey. However, ample space will be dedicated to workshops on fresh pasta.

– weekend 24 and 25 July: the two days will again be dedicated to the sea and to Rimini. It will be possible to find out what the aging of fish is and there will be a new study on sustainable fishing.
