“This morning we woke up and we did not find it in the bed“. Yellow in Florence, where two parents have discovered that their son of just under two years has disappeared in a mysterious way to say the least. Immediate complaint to the carabinieri, who triggered the searches in the morning. The child he may have walked away on his own: this is one of the first hypotheses taken into consideration, given that the family lives rather isolated.
It is in fact the area of Campanara (municipal area of Palazzuolo sul Senio, in the province of Florence), at eight hundred meters above sea level and on the border with Emilia Romagna: you search in all directions, especially in the bush. As happens in these situations, the carabinieri and firefighters have put the local command unit into action. With them also civil protection and mountain rescue: the research plan is coordinated by the prefecture and also includes the use of drones and some dog units.
“We have not found him in bed anymore”, the parents would have declared to the carabinieri, as reported by the newspaper La Nazione. We then try to understand what could have happened in the middle of the night: the hypothesis of kidnapping is remote, given that the area could only be reached via a dirt road and is inhabited by a very small community.
