I’m 835 i new cases of coronavirus in Italy (yesterday it was +495, here the bulletin). It goes up like this at least 4.254.294 the number of people who have contracted the SARS-CoV-2 virus (including recovered and died) since the outbreak began. THE deaths today I’m 31 (yesterday there were 21), for a total of … victims from February 2020. People recovered or discharged they are altogether 4.054.008 e 4.692 those that came out of the Covid nightmare today (11,320 yesterday). The positive current – the subjects who have the virus – turn out to be in everything 72.964, equal to -3.889* compared to yesterday (-10,857 the day before).
The swabs and the scenario
I total swabs (molecular and antigenic) were 192.882, or 111,130 more than yesterday when it was 81,752. While the rate of positivity 0,4% (the approximation of 0, 43%), the lowest of the year since the rapid tests (January 15); yesterday it was 0.6%. Here is the map of the contagion in Italy.
More infections in 24 hours than yesterday. the usual effect of a greater number of tampons. The curve fluctuates, but is tending to flatten out on low quantities. We are anyway below the threshold of one thousand new infections for the third consecutive day. A good news. Considering also that the case-to-test ratio falls to 0.4% ** – never been so low even before the rapid tests -, and below 1% for exactly one week (see June 15). From the comparison with last Tuesday (June 15) – the same day of the week – when +1,255 cases were recorded with a positive rate of 0.6%, we can see the improvement: today in fact there are fewer cases than June 15 with a lower percentage. And from Monday 28 it will be possible to remove the masks outdoors in the white area.

The health system
The decline in hospitalizations continues, both in critical and non-critical areas. The beds occupied in ordinary Covid wards I’m -101 (yesterday -54), for a total of 2,289 hospitalized. I beds occupied in intensive care (ICU) I’m -23 – this is the balance between the people who left and those who entered IT – (yesterday -4), bringing the total of more seriously ill patients a 362, with 10 new entries in resuscitation (yesterday +9).
The vaccine doses administered are over 46.8 million. Citizens who have received the second dose are more than 16.1 million (29.95% of the population over 12). Here the map updated every evening and here the real-time data of the anti Covid-19 vaccines report on the government website.

* The reduction of current positives – with the minus sign in front – it depends on the fact that the recovered, added to the deaths, are in greater number than in the new cases.
** The previous low of the positivity rate was 0.5%, recorded on 18 and 19 June.
