08 JUNE – Janssen, a pharmaceutical company of the Johnson & Johnson Group, today announced that Mario Sturion, currently Managing Director of Janssen Mexico, he has been appointed Managing Director of Janssen Italia. After leading Janssen’s business in Italy for 20 years, Massimo Scaccabarozzi he was appointed Head of External Affairs for the three companies in which Johnson & Johnson is divided in our country.

Mario Sturion is an established business leader, recognized for his support for talent development and the promotion of digital transformation projects, as well as for his commitment to initiatives in favor of diversity, equity and inclusion. During his 25-year career at Johnson & Johnson, Sturion has held a number of executive positions of increasing responsibility in Latin America and North America, in sales, marketing and management.

Mario Sturion will lead the company’s pharmaceutical business in Italy, which employs more than 1,500 people divided between the Cologno Monzese headquarters and the Latina plant, one of the most innovative production sites in the world with a production of approximately 5 billion oral treatments. year and exports amounted to nearly 95% to over 100 countries.
