Man pits dog against the carabinieri who shoot and wound him
On Friday 28 May, still in the area, the carabinieri intervened for a robbery. A man, suspected of having done it, had set his pit bull on the military. These opened fire, injuring the animal and other people present while the whole square emptied with fear. Still others, however, began to throw bottles at the carabinieri who, after blocking the suspect, quickly moved away so as not to be injured themselves.
