Two trees collapsed in the street due to the violent storm that hit Milan on the afternoon of Saturday 5 June. It happened in via Vallazze at the corner with viale Lombardia (Casoretto area).

“But is a downpour really enough to make all this happen? – thundered the councilor of Forza Italia of Municipio 3, Marco Cagnolati, through a post on Facebook -. And if at that moment some cars or passers-by had passed? what could have happened … There is a lot of talk about pruning and maintaining the trees in our neighborhood, and these are the results – he added -. Safety first, as well as maintenance, at least these should be the priorities, right? ” .

The storm on Saturday, announced with a “yellow” alert from the civil protection, caused several floods in Milan but no major inconvenience to traffic.
