The recent report by Gabetti, which through the surveys of its Studies Office at the agencies detects a physiological decrease in transactions for the residential market, mainly due to the effects of the pandemic. Between the areas of the Center of Rome, the study indicates the areas of Colle Oppio e Monti , where prices stood between 5,500 and 6,300 euros per square meter for elegant properties in good condition. Area Celio shows rising prices, on average around 5,500 euros per square meter.
The second hand in good condition in the area Aventine – San Saba it stands on average on prices around 7,100 euros per square meter. In the area Ludovisi – Veneto costs are around 6.500 euro e Trastevere e Gianicolo on 6,100-6,500 euros per square meter for the elegant used in good condition.
In the area King of Rome – Villa Fiorelli the stately properties in good condition are positioned on 3,900 euros per square meter. In Appio San Giovanni estimates are 3,850 euros per square meter, higher than Appio Latino where the values are of 3,200 euros per square meter.
In the area Garbatella we are positioned around 3,550 euros per square meter: values very similar to those of the area St. Paul (3,300 euros per square meter) for the medium used in good condition and 3,600 euros per square meter for the refurbished.
The amounts go up again if you move around the area Follow, with costs around 5,100 euros per square meter for the average used vehicle in good condition. Also worth mentioning area Parioli e Pinciano, in which the average used vehicle in good condition has values around 4,550-4,900 euros per square meter.
