Rome, 1 June 2021 – The carabinieri of the Piazza Dante station in Rome yesterday afternoon denounced a 29 year old man for failure to register and communicate hosted persons to the competent authorities.

According to what was reconstructed by the military, the 29-year-old was the owner of one accommodation in via Giolitti, but managed without any license. At the end of the checks, the agents have in fact ascertained the absence of the certifications required by law for the management of a landlord.

The accommodation facility closes

The structure, in fact, was “invisible” for the State, as the man – the men of the Arma ascertained during the checks – had failed to register the guests on the appropriate portal of the lodgers, as established by the legislation on public safety.

For this reason, in addition to the administrative sanction and the complaint, the closing for an indefinite period of activity.
