The preparation of the Italian national team in view of the 2020 European Championships begins on Saturday 11 June with the inaugural match that will see the Azzurri coach Mancini against Turkey for the first match of Group A. The technical commissioner, after having formalized the list of 26 called up, with the last two cuts, Politano and Pessina (who at the moment remains as a reserve), today will lead the third day of training in the Coverciano training camp – yesterday Verratti worked separately – before tomorrow night’s test in Bologna against Czech Republic, another protagonist of the traveling European Championship, in group D together with Croatia, England and Scotland. This afternoon at 5.15 pm there will be Mancini’s press conference, before finishing and after the morning photo session with the official uniforms.
