Rome, Raggi: 12 thousand checks against crafty passers with disabilities
“They use fake or photocopied markings”
Rome, June 3 (askanews) – “Controls continue unabated to ‘unmask’ the FurbettiDelPass, ie those who, without having the right to, occupy the parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities. Some use fake or photocopied markings. Do you think that several computer retouched and plasticized have been found. Others use those of deceased people instead. A shameful, uncivil attitude ”. The mayor of Rome Virginia Raggi tells it on Fb. “Since the beginning of the year there have been about 12 thousand checks carried out by the Local Police of Rome Capital, also thanks to some devices capable of recognizing irregular passes in real time by reading the microchip inserted in the badges”, explains Raggi. “We continue to fight this unacceptable phenomenon with great determination. I thank Andrea Venuto for the great work he does every day and all the agents of our Local Police who carry out these important checks ”, he continues.
