The sports doctor, the only defendant in the trial for the death of the former Fiorentina captain, was accused of manslaughter

Professor Giorgio Galanti has been sentenced to one year in prison, suspended sentence, in the trial with shortened rite for the death of Davide Astori, former Fiorentina captain, who died on 4 March 2018.
