The sharing mobility giant
Rome, 4 Jan. (askanews) – TIER, the sharing mobility giant, arrives in Milan. Tier has in fact expanded its range of action in the Italian market thanks to the acquisition of Vento Mobility, a company that provided shared scooter services through the commercial brand Wind Mobility. After landing in Rome, Parma, Bari, Palermo and Trento, it is now the turn of Milan, the sharing capital. Improving the pollution levels of the main cities of the country and offering an innovative and safe solution, thanks to the direction indicators, are the objectives of TIER.
A fleet of 750 scooters will be launched in Milan. The direction lights, the 12-inch wheel and the front suspension for a more stable ride are among the main innovations of the TIER scooter. Safety is the element that has made the TIER service so successful, with over 45 million rentals made globally, reducing car journeys by at least 15 million.
Designed to make the experience unique, the TIER scooter, which has an average life of 5 years, also features three brakes and a non-slip handlebar. In addition, the direction indicators are able to be visible at 360 degrees, making driving the vehicle safer. The batteries are interchangeable and replaceable directly on the street. This feature significantly affects the reduction of the environmental impact of operations.
