Double sexual violence on the Milan-Varese train, the two twenty-year-olds deny: the arrests validated

The two twenty-year-olds arrested for the double sexual violence against a 22-year-old girl on the train of the Milan-Varese line on 3 December remain in prison. In front of the investigating judge of Busto Arsizio who validated the arrest, the 21-year-old Italian and the 27-year-old Moroccan would have contradicted each other several times. In particular, one of the two would have said that he was present, but did not materially participate in the violence. The second suspect, on the other hand, said that he was not the author of the gesture. The violence took place in the Vedano Olona station, in the Varese area. Both suspects were identified by the victim and were arrested while they were attending a party in an apartment in Come Inferiore, in the province of Varese.
