US federal judge blocks vaccine obligation in 10 states
The Missouri federal judge has blocked the Biden administration’s requirement for Covid vaccines for all healthcare workers in ten states. The provision, which required immunization by 6 December, was declared unconstitutional. The mandatory vaccine, according to the judge, would be an “arbitrary or capricious” act. The court thus dissolved the obligation concerning Missouri, Arkansas, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Alaska, Kansas, Iowa, Wyoming and New Hampshire.
