Kebhouze (Gianluca Vacchi) is looking for staff for new restaurants in Milan

“Work with me baby!”. Thus Gianluca Vacchi, entrepreneur and influencer from Bologna, launches the search for personnel on Facebook for his new kebab outlets in Milan and Rome with the Kebhouze sign. Starting from the beginning of December, five contemporary openings are planned, three of which in Milan, in key areas of the city such as Corso Buenos Aires, via Paolo Sarpi and via Vigevano. Twenty other openings are already planned throughout Italy and abroad for 2022.

“I’m looking for dining room and kitchen staff in the Milan and Rome stores. If you are not afraid of my jokes, send your CV to [email protected]”, reads the post published by Kebhouze on the social network.

The idea was born from a group of young guys who proposed it to Vacchi, finding him enthusiastic. Kebhouze will offer the kebab in two versions, one of Italian chicken and one of black angus, an absolute novelty in the kebab market, and then other menu ‘items’ such as nuggets, chicken popcorn and so on.

“There is a problem of distrust towards kebabs – states Vacchi -. After tasting kebab for the first time in my life at our food tests, I realized that in reality there is no simpler dish than this. : flatbread, meat and some condiments of your choice. Obviously I requested that every ingredient and raw material used be of the highest quality “.
