She catches him urinating on his car, tries to stop him and is attacked. Punches, kicks, insults, violent quarrel breaks out in via Giovanni Giolitti. It is the misadventure that happened to a 46-year-old man the other night, who was attacked by a drunk 30-year-old homeless man from Congo.
Last evening, passing through via Giovanni Giolitti, the Carabinieri of the Operational Unit of the Roma Piazza Dante Company noticed a 30-year-old from Congo, homeless and with a history, in an evident state of alcoholic intoxication, arguing animatedly with a 46-year-old road user of Livorno, and hit his vehicle with kicks and punches only to be recalled because the owner of the car had caught him urinating on the side.
The 30-year-old then threw an envelope containing empty glass bottles at the 46-year-old’s address, but it was missing and crashed to the ground. Immediately intervening, the Carabinieri were attacked by the foreign citizen who lashed out at them but was immediately blocked. The arrested, who will also have to answer for resistance to a Public Official, was taken to the barracks and detained pending the very direct rite.
In the night, however, the Carabinieri of the Roma Tor Tre Teste station denounced on the loose a 33-year-old Brazilian, with precedents, who, following a quarrel for futile reasons with a young man near a petrol station in via Prenestina, hurled a glass bottle against the right rear window of his vehicle, shattering it. The Carabinieri intervened managing to calm him down and after identifying him they referred him to the Judicial Authority for damage
