(ANSA) – MILAN, 03 NOV – After the 40th anniversary edition celebrated last year in streaming, the Filmmaker review is back in attendance, from 12 to 21 November in the Arcobaleno and Beltrade cinemas in Milan.
The program is divided into seven sections (International Competition, Perspective Competition, Out of Competition, Out of Format, Europe 2021 – Dancing in the Dark, Boundless Theater, Over) for a total of 71 films from 14 countries on three continents, of which 22 they are world premieres, 12 Italian premieres.
At the center of the event, as always, documentary and research cinema. The opening is entrusted to ‘Atlantide’, the film – already in the Orizzonti competition at the Venice Film Festival and soon in cinemas – which marks Yuri Ancarani’s return to the festival with a coming-of-age novel set in the Venice lagoon.
