Poste Delivery Web “Instant”, the new delivery service of Poste Italiane, which allows you to make urgent shipments within the city, from your computer, with the possibility of collection at your home and with delivery within a few hours, has started from the capital.

The new service is available in three different ways: the first with collection and delivery within 90 minutes of booking (INSTANT), the second with collection and delivery within the same day (TODAY) and the third with collection and delivery within the next day ( TOMORROW). Poste Delivery Web “Instant”, is active every day including holidays and deliveries can also be made in the evening until 11 pm.

To book is simple: just connect to the site and follow the path to make the shipment with a few clicks. In addition, shipping with Poste Delivery Web will shortly also be available through the “Post Office” APP. For Poste Delivery Web “Instant” shipments, the customer can now avoid printing the waybill, it will be sufficient to report on the package the Shipping Code provided at the time of online purchase.

There is the possibility to monitor the status of the shipment, from departure to arrival at the destination, with free updates on the status of the shipment by e-mail or text message. Citizens who choose Poste Delivery Web also have an archive where they can consult the status of shipments, an address book where they can save and manage their favorite contacts and a draft section where they can save unfinished shipments.

With Poste Delivery Web “Instant” parcels up to 20 kg in weight and with maximum sizes of 120x80x60 cm can be sent. In addition to Rome, the new instant delivery methods will be extended to all major Italian cities in 2022.
