ROMA – Until the other night Sergio Mattarella he was convinced that he could represent today and tomorrow in Berlin, where he will greet Angela Merkel and will meet the president Franz-Walter Steinmeier, a stable Italy, with the wind in its sails, Covid under control and a premier who enjoys the esteem of a large part of the world.
