Are you ready to fall in love … with autumn? From Eataly Milan is coming the Eataly Autumn Festival, organized on the occasion of the reopening of Pianodue, the new restaurant on the second floor of Eataly Milano Smeraldo.

Appointment to Friday 15 October, from 19:00, obviously in Pianodue: to access the party, it will be possible to buy a booklet worth 35 euro which will allow you to taste the new dishes on the menu and accompany them with a wide range of wines and cocktails.
Among the delicious proposals of the Chefs: Mondeghili alla Milanese with tartar sauce, Breaded and fried milanese-style porcini mushrooms, Double-cooked Avezzano crispy potato, steamed and fried, with Mediterranean sauce, Orzotto risotto with porcini mushrooms with black truffle, Asado di Fassona cooked at low temperature and cut at the moment, Purple cauliflower and grilled white with chickpea cream, pomegranate and toasted walnuts, fried squid and anchovies, chicory salad, smoked burrata and white pepper. Among the desserts: Tiramisù Eataly, Enkir tart with strawberry jam, Burnt cream with Fabbri black cherries. Among the wine tastings: Altalanga extra-brut | Fontanafredda, Cuvee Prestige | Ca ‘del Bosco, Friulano No Name | The vineyards of Zamò, Nebbiolo Ebbio | Fontanafredda, Barbera d’Asti | Asinari Valley.
