MUNICIPAL, AT 15 STARTED DISCARDING FOR ELECTION RESULTS
The expectation is growing to know the results of the municipal elections. At 3 pm the polling stations closed and the counting of the blue ballots for the Municipality of Rome began. Immediately after we will move on to the Municipalities. Yesterday in the capital, 36.82% of those entitled to vote had voted. Compared to the previous administrative elections of 2016, the figure is down by almost 20 percentage points: 5 years ago, in fact, 57.3% had voted. Above all the central municipalities held up the turnout, with the II Municipality being the only one to have broken through 40% of voters. On the other hand, the suburbs are bad.
DISTRIBUTION OF THE FIRST 700 THOUSAND DOSES OF FLU VACCINE IS STARTED
In Lazio, the distribution of the first 700 thousand doses of the flu vaccine has begun in the ASL, which will be used throughout the week. The hospital pharmacies have received the vaccine and are preparing to distribute it to doctors, who as soon as they are in possession of the doses, will be able to start the administration to the population over 65. As for the elderly over 80, the administration can take place at the same time at the Covid booster dose in the same session, as required by the directives of the Ministry of Health.
FIRE AT THE IRON BRIDGE, DISEASES TO CIRCULATION IN SOUTH ROME
After the fire and the closure of the Iron Bridge, which connects via del Porto Fluviale with via Pacinotti, there are great inconveniences to traffic. Fire Brigade and Carabinieri, who investigate the origin of the fire, have closed the stretch of road between via Pacinotti and via del Commercio in both directions of mercia. The area of the bridge is cordoned off and manned by the brigade, also engaged on site to facilitate traffic. The banks of the Tiber and the cycle path in the section near the bridge are also banned.
THE NEW OPEN AND SUSTAINABLE RECTORATE AT UNIVERSITA ‘ROMA TRE

It is the new rectorate of the Roma Tre University, inaugurated today after three years of work. The towers, with an elliptical plan, will house the offices, the seat of the Rectorate and two rooms. About 29 thousand square meters in total between interior spaces, parking lots, a square open to citizens and a raised garden. “Today we present to the city the new face of Roma Tre – said the Rector Luca Pietromarchi – Until now we had occupied the industrial spaces of the city, now we are creating a new one but remaining faithful to a large working-class district”.
