A redevelopment plan for the area will be launched

(ANSA) – MILAN, OCTOBER 04 – Coima Sgr has completed the acquisition, through the Coima Opportunity Fund II, of a real estate complex located in Milan, on the corner between Via Giovanni Lorenzini and Via Ercole Marelli, which includes 7 properties for a total commercial area of ​​19,500 square meters and which currently houses the Italian headquarters of the pharmaceutical multinational Boehringer Ingelheim.

Following the release of the spaces scheduled for the end of 2021, a redevelopment plan of the area will be launched aimed at developing a new Class A tertiary building directly overlooking the Scalo di Porta Romana and Leed certification.

Coima SGR was assisted for the legal aspects by Molinari Agostinelli, with the partners Alessandro de Botton and Mara Milano, assisted by the associate Francesco Manghisi; the urban and administrative profiles – including the feasibility analysis of the development scenarios and the definition of the redevelopment project – were handled by the Belvedere Inzaghi & Partners studio – Bip with a team composed of the co-founder partner Guido Alberto Inzaghi, from senior associate Silvia Gnocco and trainee Chiara Cardile; the tax aspects of the transaction were managed by the tax law firm Led Taxand with a team made up of the partner Jean Paul Baroni and the associate Irene Corda.
