The victim is called Vlonga Ioan, 40-year-old Romanian employee of the Serbelloni construction company owner of the shed where the accident occurred. The man had been working for the company for ten years and the father of three children in Romania. The victim may have climbed onto the roof trying to repair a water leak. The owner of the company, which is based in Milan, was at lunch and immediately returned alarmed by the same workers who saw his colleague fall. Leaning against the facade of the shed there is a long ladder with which the victim reached the roof. The 118 doctors, who intervened with an ambulance and helicopter rescue, could only ascertain the death of the man. The accident happened at 2.25 pm in a shed in via Staffora 5 in the town on the outskirts of Milan.
