Bologna, 1 October 2021 – Credit Agricole Italia is the main partner of the IX Bike Tour, the solidarity ride organized every year by Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation (FFC). This partnership in the name of sport and solidarity is part of the Banking Group’s line of interventions alongside healthcare and research.
Since 2015, thanks to Payroll Giving, an initiative to which 95% of the Group’s colleagues adhere, Crédit Agricole Italia has supported excellence in recent years such as the pediatric hospital Meyer of Florence, the Gaslini of Genoa, the Prank of Trieste, the hospital of Padova, the San Donato Polyclinic, the Santobono of Naplesand other.
During the most acute phases of the pandemic, support for the world of health by Credit Agricole Italiaescalated with a series of measures to manage the emergency.In synergy with the foundations of the territories, Credit Agricole Italiainterventions were therefore planned to support the hospitals of Cesena and Rimini.
Together with the companies of Crédit Agricole in Italy, the Group had also supported the Italian Red Crossallowing the purchase of biocontainment equipment. Today, faced with the emergency, it is time to look to the future by investing in research through initiatives such as Bike Tourpromoted by Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation.
Sport and the values it promotes are able to create an important moment of sharing and optimism, building long-term projects in the name of solidarity. The Banking Groupis in fact the main partner of the annual solidarity ride, the Bike Tour, which this year, also thanks to the role of Credit Agricole Italia, crossed Romagna.

Friday 1 October:
Modena – Arrival at 2.45 pm – Departure at 3.00 pm
Stop at the Crédit Agricole branch in Corso Duomo 41 at the corner of Piazza Grande animated by employees + presence of FFC volunteers (Chiarastella Franzò) (70 km)
Bologna – Arrival: 5.30 pm
Stop at the Crédit Agricole branch (Via Marconi) animated by employees and subsequent arrival at Piazza Maggiore with welcome and presence of FFC volunteers from the FFC Delegation of Bologna (23 km)
Saturday 2 October:
Meeting at 10.00 with departure from inside the racetrack Dino and Enzo Ferrari with start of the Emilia Romagna Health Councilor Donini. Presence of the mayors of the Imola area, UISP
Departure at 10.30
Stop animated by FFC volunteers, Round Table and Alpini
Faenza – Arrival at 11.15 – Departure at 11.45
Stop at the cyclamen banquet in the gardens of MIC Viale Baccarini with the presence of FFC volunteers, Round Table and Alpini (17 km)
Forlì – Arrival at 12.30 – Departure at 13.00

Cesena – Stop at Piazza Giovanni Paolo II (in front of the Duomo) with the presence of FFC volunteers and Round Table
Cesenatico – Arrival at 2.30 pm – Departure at 3.00 pm
Stop in Viale Garibaldi with the presence of FFC volunteers (35 km)
Rimini – Arrival at 3.30 pm – Departure at 4.00 pm
