“The company that I have the honor and privilege of presiding – declared Massimiliano Di Silvestre – has decided to donate a BMW i3 to the Holy Father because it testifies to our holistic and circular approach to sustainability. It is in fact a car fully electric which is at the forefront in terms of environmental impact both from the point of view of the use of clean energy in the production phase and the responsible use of resources, up to recycling at the end of its life cycle. A perfectly car in line with what the Pontiff indicated in his encyclical “Laudato si ‘” relating to the protection of the “common home”, our planet ”.
