The natural ice cream of the South Tyrolean master Gunther Rohregger, who came from the Alps to Rome to bring his flavors made only with excellent raw materials and seasonal products, is already a reference point for the world of Roman ice cream. In addition to the Central Market of Rome, it is already available in 3 different points of sale in the city, precisely in via dei Pettinari 43, in Piazza Sant’Eustachio 47 and in via Due Macelli 108.

The Central Market in Rome reopens: the news

Needless to say, Gunther’s ice cream is superb: both in the most classic flavors and in the most particular and original variants. Try the Ricotta Stregata based on Ricotta, Strega liqueur, fresh organic microfiltered milk, dark Ecuadorian chocolate grains and candied citrus peel, Mediterranean Pistachio and Zabaione based on Marsala, Rum, fresh cream and carob seeds. What about caramel with Himalayan pink salt!

Ten ice cream shops to combat the heat of the capital

The new colored packaging for biscuits also makes its debut in the store, also all handcrafted by the master as well as the mini portions of sweets. Gunther after the center of Rome is therefore ready to take on a nerve center of travel and the beating heart of the capital such as Roma Termini.
