Monza, a 59-year-old teacher of a nursery school in the Monza area was banned from practicing the profession for one year. She accuses her of mistreating her pupils, 17 children aged 3-5 years, one of whom has a disability. The Carabinieri of the Monza Company immediately started the investigations after receiving some reports on the suspect’s “suspicious” methods, installing cameras and microphones inside the classroom, collecting, in two months of investigations, a complete circumstantial picture, which, handed over to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, it allowed the Judicial Authority to issue a precautionary measure. From the environmental interceptions it emerged that the teacher, in a habitual way, attacked children with kicks, slaps, dragging of weight, associated with swearing and insults (“I’ll take your head off, I’ll cut your hands, goose, Bedouins” etc …)
The measure was notified in recent days.
