Rome. At the Tor di Quinto Park, the 18th edition of Vinoforum, the largest event in the food and wine sector of the Capital.
Funtil 19 September at the Park of Tor di Quinto the Vinoforum, the largest event in the food and wine sector of the capital. Over 12,000 square meters of green spaces host hundreds of Italian and international wineries, starred chefs, restaurants, wine bars and realities of the gastronomic sector, for a real marathon of taste.
On the occasion of its 18th edition, this year the event is enriched with a section dedicated to signature cuisine curated by Food&Wine Italia. The newspaper will select the 30 chefs from Rome and Lazio who – according to the calendar of the evenings – will each propose a menu of three dishes, one of which is based on the idea of ”sustainable restart”.
Food & Wine Italia will also take care of selecting the nine chefs who are the protagonists of the exclusives The Night Dinner. Nine dinners with limited seats available by reservation only, during which it will be possible to live an unforgettable experience, including tastings and insights into the sector.
Another completely new element within Vinoforum is the format Rome Coffee Festival, a real stage for coffee, through courses, workshops and tastings. To sign all the contents and to select each exhibiting company will be Francesco Sanapo, one of the greatest Italian and international connoisseurs of the subject, with the help and assistance of Antonella Cutrona.
Another new entry is Mix&Spirits Hospitality, a Lounge dedicated to the world of mixing and spirits and their evolution. The cocktail list is signed by a master of mixology such as Massimo D’Addezio in collaboration with A.I.B.E.S.

The event, hosted inside the Tor Quinto Park (Via Fornaci, 10) is usable at the following times: Thursday and Sunday from 7pm to 12am; Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 1am.
The entrance ticket includes a glass and a booklet of 10 wine tastings.
