The body of Federico Lugato, the 39-year-old hiker from Mestre who disappeared in Val di Zoldo on the morning of August 26, was found after 17 days. After 12 days of uninterrupted searches, the prefecture of Belluno had decided to suspend them. This morning Federico Lugato was found and the Alpine Rescue is currently engaged in the recovery of the body. Il Gazzettino writes it. His wife, Elena Panciera, had involved – also via social media – over two hundred people in Federico’s research.
“Three months ago they were there. Now it’s me and Leo. They found Federico. We’ll manage somehow. Thanks also to you”, Elena Panciera writes about a story on her Facebook profile. The posted story contains a short video where Lugato is seen playing with his cat.
