The special guest of ‘Milan Identity 2021’, the very famous lnternational chef congress, Sara the award-winning chef 2 place Michelin, Michelangelo Mammoliti, who will lead the kitchen of the Madernassa Ristorante & Resortsito in Guarene (Cn). Now in its 16th edition, the event will be held on Sunday 26 September at 5:20 pm at the MiCo of Milan and will focus on the theme “Building a New Future: Work”, l’emergency work in catering.

Chef Michelangelo Mammoliti, already best chef award 2021 for the greedy identity guide, he will intervene by telling his story experience and giving his personal point of view on the main theme of the event.

Beyond his career professional, Michelangelo Mammoliti will present his work started a few years ago with the psychotherapist and teacher at the University of Turin Francesca Collevasone, on the theme of neurogastronomia, the science that studies and explains why some dishes, with their flavors and aromas are able to evoke particular memories and emotions.
