Imperial Forums, new pedestrian itinerary from Termini

The experimentation of the new pedestrian route from Termini station to via dei Fori Imperiali is underway. The route, established in a memory of the council, provides for a direct pedestrian connection between the central node of the Termini station and the archaeological area of the Fora, so as to further enhance it in a sustainable way and ensure better usability for citizens and tourists.

Sunday 12 September the initiative will coincide with a new appointment of ViaLibera, the network of about 15 km reserved for pedestrians and cyclists. The route of the new Termini-Fori itinerary will start from piazza dei Cinquecento, Mura Serviane, passing in front of the baths of Diocletian, Palazzo Massimo, via del Viminale, via Agostino Depretis, via Urbana and via Leonina and then arrive at via dei Fori Imperiali, which it will be entirely pedestrianized even today, Saturday 11 September.
