Hundreds of 118 health workers, at risk of dismissal, will take to the streets on Wednesday 22 September in Piazza Montecitorio. They will come from all the provinces of Lazio, from the Castelli Romani, Latina and the province. The autonomous trade unionists explain in a note: “We ask to respect the law that speaks precisely of outsourced services. You can do different procedures: why don’t they do them? Without prejudice to the competences attributed to the Commissioner ad acta for the continuation of the recovery plan from the deficits of the health sector in the Region ”.

“This is a written law, which we will present on the day of the protest as a Confail union to political representatives” say from the board of the union acronym: “a) for the purposes of applying the provisions of the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 6 March 2015 (Discipline of bankruptcy procedures reserved for the recruitment of temporary staff in the health sector) and by article 1, paragraph 543, of law no. 208, relating to extraordinary insolvency procedures for the recruitment of medical, technical-professional and nursing personnel, the service performed is considered, for personnel in possession of the requisites required therein, even in derogation from the procedures provided for by regional legislation; b) once the extraordinary bankruptcy procedures referred to in letter a) have been completed, personnel not falling within the cases envisaged therein, employed in forms attributable to outsourcing processes in direct or indirect assistance to patients in companies and in the bodies of the regional health service, are recognized, in subsequent insolvency procedures, a score in the training and professional curriculum in relation to the years of work done “.
