Milan prosecutor case: today hearing at the CSM on request to transfer Storari

The hearing in which the Disciplinary Section of the CSM must express itself on the request of the pg of the Cassation Giovanni Salvi to transfer the prosecutor from Milan and his functions as a precautionary measure will begin late with respect to the time of convocation, which was scheduled for 14 Paolo Storari for the case of the minutes of the lawyer Piero Amara. The hearing cannot begin before 3.30 pm, and perhaps even later.

The reason for the delay of the hearing

The reason is that two of the members of the college called to judge Storari are engaged in another disciplinary procedure that has just begun. This is the one against the five former togates of the CSM who participated on 9 May 2019 in the famous night meeting at the Champagne hotel, in which, according to the accusation, they “planned” with Luca Palamara, and the parliamentarians Luca Lotti and Cosimo Ferri the appointment of the public prosecutor of Rome. The indictment of the representatives of the public prosecutor’s office has just begun, Simone Perilli and Pietro Gaeta, who have announced that they will speak for two hours each.
