Exemption from autonomous contributions: Inps extends the deadline for applications from 31 July to 30 September

As requested by Confesercenti, INPS extended the deadline for submitting applications for the exemption from contributions for self-employed workers from 31 July to 30 September 2021. A message from the INPS gave the news. “As shared with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies – reads the circular of the Institute -, in consideration of the timing of definition and publication of the aforementioned inter-ministerial decree, the presentation of the application for exemption – whose deadline was established on of 31 July 2021 by articles 2, paragraph 5, and 4, paragraph 1, of the same decree – it must take place under penalty of forfeiture by 30 September 2021, in the manner that will be indicated in the circular to be published soon “.

The exemption – established by the latest Budget Law – is for workers who have received a total income not exceeding 50,000 euros in the 2019 tax period and have suffered a decrease in turnover or fees in the year 2020 of not less than 33 % compared to those of the year 2019.
