Antrax IT – Alberico, Andrea and Luigi Crosetta

The Resana (Tv) company, led by the CEO, turns 25 Alberico Crosetta, which recorded a 20% growth in turnover in the first half of the year over 2019, when it reached 6.8 million euros, and 48% over 2020.

2021 for Antrax IT opened under the banner of extremely positive numbers “, tells the CEO of the company specialized since 1996 in the production of design radiators, with which it has managed to progressively gain recognition on a global level. 2020, when the company had to respect a long period of production block during the first lockdown, further aggravated by the forced stop of the distribution chain, represented for the ownership of Antrax IT – Alberico Crosetta, the father Ivano and brothers Andrea e Luigi – a moment of rethinking market strategies, with increasingly targeted support for the points of sale and the international sales force, but above all with the inauguration of a division dedicated to
architects and interior design designers.

It is precisely to accompany this new path – whose most solid foundations are in Italy, followed by France and Spain –
that the company has decided to land in Milan with a single-brand showroom that will be inaugurated in September. The space will be a versatile and flexible platform of contents and objects that have made the history of the brand great. Like Tubone or Serie T which, after 15 and 10 years, still constitute some of the best sellers in the catalog.

Antrax IT has grown with designers such as Piero Lissoni, Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez, Dante O. Benini and Luca Gonzo, Victor Vasilev, Marc Sadler, Francesco Lucchese and many others, with the aim of creating radiators of the highest aesthetic, technical and of sustainability that could satisfy the most ambitious design needs. “We have established ourselves in the bathroom, where we were the first to experiment with the theme of the plate radiator and now we are progressively consolidating ourselves in the living, kitchen, bedroom segments, but also in the office and hotel world. The bathroom categorization with respect to which we are present at the Salone del Mobile and other fairs around the world is not enough to represent our identity and the Milanese showoom will allow us to explore a wider panorama”, Comments Alberico Crosetta, who in addition to Milan is thinking of a possible next opening in Rome, to welcome professionals from the north and center-south basins in the two large cities of the country.

A recent study conducted by the University of Florence, which proves the better efficacy and sustainability of the radiator heating system compared to the most recent developments in underfloor systems, has sanctioned a positive growth driver for Antrax IT, whose designer radiators are designed and products to ensure high performance at the lowest energy or water consumption, with a material – steel or aluminum – 100% recyclable at the end of its life. The 11 thousand square meters of the headquarters in Resana, then, are powered by a photovoltaic park located on the roof of the plant which covers about 70% of the annual energy requirement, while the nanotechnologies used in the pre-painting phase of the product and adopted by over 10 years eliminate toxic waste.

We are increasingly developing a sensitivity towards resources, the planet and even before human health, and our long search for green solutions has certainly rewarded us, becoming one of the reasons for increasing turnover. – concludes the entrepreneur -. Recently, for example, we have equipped ourselves with electric car charging stations, connected to our photovoltaic system, which will be available for employees, customers, and for our company fleet, which will soon be fully electric.”.
