Milan, 9 July An institutional assistance network for access to anti-covid-19 vaccination for emerging foreign citizens. The prefecture of Milan is promoting it, where today a meeting was held with the territorial council for immigration for the planning of activities to support foreign citizens in the phases of the vaccination campaign.

The Prefecture of Milan, with the convening of the table, “has promoted the initiative that intends to ensure interested foreign citizens the necessary assistance in the procedures for accessing the booking portal for the anti Covid-19 vaccination”, explains a note. The bodies, trade unions and voluntary associations that are part of the council will make their own assistance network available, with the creation of dedicated branches. Foreign citizens who, “pending the definition of the practice of emergence, encounter difficulties in booking vaccination” will be able to contact these free of charge.

Lombardy Region has indicated to the entities that will support foreigners with their services, a contact person to whom to report any critical issues.
