In the last 24 hours, 1,390 positive cases of coronavirus and 25 deaths due to COVID-19 have been detected in Italy. Currently the hospitalized are 1,336 (41 less than yesterday), of which 169 in the intensive care wards (11 less than yesterday) and 1,167 in the other wards (30 less than yesterday). 82,102 molecular swabs and 114,820 antigenic rapid tests were analyzed. The percentage of positive molecular swabs was 1.57 percent, while that of antigen tests was 0.08 percent. On Thursday, 1,390 infections were recorded and 13 died.
The regions that have recorded the most cases in the last 24 hours are Lombardy (230), Campania (226), Sicily (201), Lazio (135) and Veneto (106).
