Last night we reported that the Warner Bros canceled development on The Trench and New Gods, but in the piece originally published by the Hollywood Reporter there is also a couple of interesting information about The Batman and the new film by Flash.Let’s start with the latter. The cinema magazine, in underlining how Warner is working to ensure that the various films and the various TV series share the same universe, highlights that it will be the Flash film that will play the role of key and glue in this sense. As comic book readers well know, but how is it possible to understand from Snyder Cut, the DC Comics’ scarlet sprinter has a certain inclination towards dealing with the multiverse and the film will therefore be fundamental to lay the foundations for the continuation of the Justice League.

As for the Batman movie Matt Reeves with Robert Pattinson, it seems that it will remain disconnected from the rest, like the Joker by Todd Phillips, because it is set on Earth-2. What this will allow, on the one hand, to justify the possible absences of Pattinson’s Batman from other DC film projects and, on the other, to develop the franchise with complete tranquility.

Director of the film Matt Reeves, the actor Robert pattinson (upcoming “Tenet,” The Lighthouse, “” Good Time “) plays Gotham City vigilante and detective Batman and billionaire Bruce Wayne.

Alongside Pattinson they act Zoë Kravitz (“Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald,” “Mad Max: Fury Road”) as Selina Kyle; Paul Dano (“Love & Mercy,” “12 Years a Slave”) as Edward Nashton; Jeffrey Wright (the “Hunger Games” films) as James Gordon of the GCPD; John Turturro (the “Transformers” films) as Carmine Falcone; Peter Sarsgaard (“The Magnificent Seven,” “Black Mass – The Last Gangster”) as Gotham District Attorney Gil Colson; Jayme Lawson (“Farewell Amor”) is the mayoral candidate Bella Reál, with Andy Serkis (the films “Planet of the Apes”, “Black Panther”) as Alfred; is Colin Farrell (“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”, “Dumbo”) in Oswald Cobblepot’s.
